The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting govern the distance selling relationship between HORIZONT ANTLANTIC S.L. and the user or customer, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Terms and Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

How to place orders

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen calendar days without having to give any justification, save for a legal exception. The user is aware of and consents that the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the provision of aesthetic and aesthetic-medicine services once the service has been fully performed or once its performance has begun. The provider shall communicate without delay to the customer, on a durable medium, acknowledgement of receipt of such withdrawal, in the event that this right is exercised by e-mail. The provider shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before fourteen calendar days have elapsed since the date on which it was informed of the customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. The provider shall carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer expressly states otherwise and provided that the customer does not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. However, in the event that the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least costly standard delivery method, the provider shall not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising therefrom.

The customer must return the products making up the order subject to the return in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. This period shall be deemed to have been met if the customer returns the goods before the fourteen calendar day period has ended. The customer shall only bear the direct costs of returning the order.

Applicable warranties

All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. All of them have a warranty period of two years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Shipping methods, delivery time and transport

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are €50 and will appear for express acceptance by the user before completing the purchase process, once the user has provided the order's delivery address. Shipping costs will be free once the order exceeds €200. The user will be able to see the costs stated on the invoice. In the event of return of the goods, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. HORIZONT ATLANTIC SL will charge shipping costs for each delivery.

Dispatch of the order shall remain pending until all products are available. If the customer wishes to receive partial orders, they must contact HORIZONT ATLANTIC SL to be informed of the procedure to follow. In order to avoid delaying delivery of the available products, HORIZONT ATLANTIC SL recommends not mixing back-order products with products currently available in the catalogue, and placing orders separately.

Delivery time and transport: The average delivery time is 5 business days following the day the order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are prepared starting Monday or the first following business day.

Pricing policy

The provider unilaterally reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered through this Website; the prices in force in the advertising coinciding with the time the order is placed shall apply, in order to guarantee the customer the accuracy of the price of the products.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law insofar as not expressly established otherwise. The parties agree to submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Terms and Conditions. In the event that the consumer's domicile is outside Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the town of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain).
