Every removal follows an orderly process, from the first assessment to delivery and assembly at your new home. This is how we work, step by step, so that your move is comfortable and free of surprises:

    We visit your home —in person or by video call— to measure the real volume, check the access at the origin and destination and plan the removal. An accurate assessment is the basis of a quote without surprises.

    Professional packing and loading at the origin

    Our team packs your belongings with professional materials and loads at the origin with our own staff. If you need it, we have storage units and furniture storage for interim periods.

    We move your furniture with our own vehicles and staff, with the usual care and punctuality.

    Delivery, assembly and installation

    At the destination we unload, assemble the furniture and place everything where you need it, leaving your new home ready to live in.

3. Narrow staircases or lifts

When access points are limited, additional staff or extra manoeuvres may be required, which affects both the time and cost of the service. Our consultant will advise you on this during the pre-move technical inspection visit.

Payment options for our moving services in the Canary Islands:

At  Horizont Atlantic , a specialist moving company in the Canary Islands, we offer two clearly defined payment methods to make organising your service as straightforward as possible:

First payment or deposit:

The first payment is made by bank transfer or at the time of delivery of the packing boxes. This payment serves as confirmation of your acceptance and agreement with the quote previously sent to you in writing at the email address you provide. Once received, we will formally reserve your moving date.

Second payment:

The second payment is made on the day of the move, at the destination address. We have a card payment terminal (POS) available so you can pay conveniently by card. If you prefer this option, please let us know when confirming your booking.

When planning a move, it is highly advisable to request quotes from at least three or four removal companies in the Canary Islands that appear among the top results of the search engine you use.

¿Cuánta antelación se recomienda hacer la reserva de una mudanza en Canarias?

Para garantizar disponibilidad y una correcta planificación, recomendamos realizar la reserva del servicio de mudanzas con la siguiente antelación:

  • Mudanzas a principios o finales de mes: reserva con al menos 10 días de antelación para asegurar disponibilidad.

  • Mudanzas entre los días 10 y 20 del mes: una reserva con 7 a 10 días de antelación suele ser suficiente, ya que en este periodo la demanda es menor.

  • Mudanzas durante el fin de semana: si deseas realizar tu mudanza en Canarias en sábado o domingo, te aconsejamos confirmar la fecha con al menos 1 o 2 semanas de antelación tras aceptar el presupuesto.
