The most requested service: change of address between municipalities on the island (Santa Cruz to La Laguna, Arona to Adeje, Puerto de la Cruz to La Orotava, etc.). Indicative ranges:

1. Volume of your move
Price is calculated in m³ (not by weight). A home of 80 m² usually takes up 20-30 m³ of cargo; a home of 120 m², 35-45 m³. If you have lots of bulky furniture or full storage units, it increases proportionally.
2. Distance between origin and destination
In Tenerife, the difference between a move within the same municipality and one that crosses the island (Santa Cruz ↔ Adeje, 80 km on TF-1) is around 200-400 € extra for travel + team time.
3. Accessibility of the homes
Factors that increase the cost of the move:
- Apartments without elevators or small elevators (loading time increases ×3)
- Pedestrian or restricted streets (need for OVP)
- Access by narrow or spiral stairs

7. Day of the week
Moves on Saturday or Sunday usually cost 10-20% more due to team overtime. If your schedule is flexible, moves between Tuesday-Thursday are the most economical (Mondays and Fridays tend to be saturated days).
8. Advance booking
Booking 3-4 weeks in advance gives you the best rates and maximum date flexibility. An "urgent" move for the following week may have a 15-30% surcharge for team prioritization.

Is it mandatory to pay a deposit upfront?
The standard is 30% to confirm the reservation (blocks date and team), 40% on the day of loading and 30% upon signing off at destination. NEVER pay 100% upfront to a company you don't know.
Can I make the move cheaper myself?

Do you accept financing?
For large moves (>2,000 €) we offer the possibility of deferred payment in 3 interest-free installments. For business moves, invoicing at 30/60 days with framework contract.
Are there discounts for being a Canary Islander or pensioner?
