1. Volume of your move

Price is calculated in m³ (not weight). An 80 m² property typically occupies 20-30 m³ of cargo; a 120 m² property, 35-45 m³. 2. Distance between origin and destination

In Tenerife, the difference between a move within the same municipality and one that crosses the island (Santa Cruz ↔ Adeje, ~80 km via TF-1) is ~€200-400 extra for travel and crew time. On complex urban routes with OVP (Santa Cruz centre, La Laguna old town, Puerto de la Cruz) add the cost of the municipal permit.

3. Accessibility of properties

Factors that increase the cost of the move:

Is it obligatory to pay a deposit in advance?

The standard is 30% when confirming the booking (secures date and crew), 40% on moving day and 30% when signing off at destination. NEVER pay 100% in advance to a company you don't know.

Can I reduce my moving costs myself?
