The price is calculated in m³ (not by weight). An 80 m² home usually takes up 20-30 m³ of load; a 120 m² home, 35-45 m³. If you have a lot of bulky furniture or full storage rooms, it rises proportionally.
In Tenerife, the difference between a move within the same municipality and one that crosses the island (Santa Cruz ↔ Adeje, 80 km along the TF-1) is around +200-400 € extra for travel + crew time.

Moves on Saturday or Sunday usually cost 10-20% more due to crew overtime. If your calendar is flexible, moves between Tuesday and Thursday are the most economical (Mondays and Fridays tend to be peak days).
Booking 3-4 weeks in advance gives you the best rates and maximum flexibility on dates. An "urgent" move for the following week may carry a 15-30% surcharge for prioritising the crew.
