The DUA is compulsory and we handle it. If the move is prompted by a change of residence, used household effects qualify for the relief exempting them from IGIC and AIEM: you must evidence your previous registered address outside the Canaries, register in La Palma and submit a valued inventory. It is a frequent procedure on this island, where a share of removals involve Palmeros returning home and new residents settling in the Aridane valley. We prepare the paperwork before the load ships so that clearance does not hold up delivery.
