How your move arrives at La Palma

We collect and pack at your home on the Peninsula and transfer the cargo to the departure port: Cádiz (about 5 days of crossing), Valencia (about 6) or Barcelona (about 6). If you live in an area without a port, like Madrid or Zaragoza, we consolidate by cross-dock and the overall journey rounds to about 9 days. To that transit we add the inter-island connection from Tenerife to Santa Cruz de La Palma, which usually adds between 2 and 4 days depending on the line frequency that week. DUA and exemption for change of residence

The DUA is mandatory and we handle it. If the move is due to a change of residence, used household goods are covered by the exemption with exemption from IGIC and AIEM: you must prove previous registration outside the Canary Islands, register in La Palma and present a valued inventory. It's a frequent procedure on this island, where part of the moves are from La Palma natives returning and new residents settling in the Aridane valley. We prepare the documentation before the cargo is shipped so that customs doesn't delay delivery.
