The team packs on-site at origin, labels every item by room and maintains an inventory. We also offer the usual complementary services: furniture disassembly and assembly (IKEA wardrobes, beds, dining tables), disconnection and reconnection of appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge), removal of light fittings and screens and final placement at destination. At destination, similarly, you must designate a contact person to receive the container, sign the delivery and check the condition of the items. If nobody can be present at either end, we offer a key deposit collection service at origin (you leave the keys with a notary, at our office or with a keyholding company) and storage at destination in our warehouse until you arrive, at no extra double-handling cost. We send you photos of the loading and delivery status for your peace of mind.
