• Outside business hours: we start when your team closes and leave the new space operational before the next business day.
• Weekend: we use Saturday and Sunday to move, assemble and test, so that on Monday work proceeds normally.
• By phases or by departments: when you can't close even for a day, we move areas in stages (first administration, then sales, then management…) keeping the rest of the office running.

The goal is always the same: zero lost business days and a transition that your clients don't even notice. We coordinate access, elevators, loading zone reservations and notifications to the community or business park so that on moving day there are no unexpected issues.

Planning and prior technical visit

No business relocation is improvised. Before setting a date, a technician visits your facilities (origin and destination) to measure, count and anticipate every difficulty: number of workstations, furniture to be dismantled, volume of files, delicate equipment, door widths, use of forklifts or need for external crane.

• Inventory of furniture and workstations.
• Floor plan of the new space with the location of each desk, cabinet and room.
• Identification of critical points: narrow access, floors without elevator, building access restrictions.
• Timeline with start and end times and responsible person for each phase.

With that information, we prepare a written relocation plan and a fixed quote within 24-48 hours. You know in advance what will be done, when and by whom. That preparation is the difference between a move that goes well and one that gets prolonged.

Furniture disassembly and assembly

Our team doesn't just transport: we disassemble at the origin and reassemble at the destination, leaving every workstation ready to use. We work with all types of office and contract furniture.

• Desks and operational workstations: disassembly of legs, extensions and cable organizers, and reassembly according to the new space layout.
• Cabinets, filing systems and shelving: orderly emptying, transport and repositioning.
• Partitions and dividers: module disassembly, glass protection and assembly in the new layout.
• Meeting rooms and executive areas: large tables, seating and high-value furniture with reinforced packaging.

We label each piece and every piece of hardware so assembly is fast and with no loose parts. When the furniture is modular or from a specific supplier, we coordinate with their technical service if the manufacturer requires it to maintain the warranty.

IT equipment and confidential files

The most sensitive part of relocating a company is its IT equipment and documentation. We don't improvise on this.

IT equipment per workstation: we pack and label computers, monitors, phones and peripherals workstation by workstation, so that at the destination every employee recovers exactly their equipment and their connections. We use anti-static material and specific protection for screens and towers. We coordinate with your IT department or provider the shutdown and startup sequence, so that the physical setup is ready when they reconnect servers and network.

Files and confidential documentation: files are moved in sealed and labeled containers, maintaining the original order so that retrieval is immediate. When working with sensitive data (clinics, law offices, accounting firms, administrations), we sign confidentiality agreements with assigned staff and establish chain of custody for documentary material. Your information is never left exposed or disorganized.

Our own base is in the Mayorazgo Industrial Park (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), which allows us to respond quickly in the metropolitan area and move with agility to the south and north.
