Office furniture is not transported assembled: it is properly disassembled, protected and reassembled at the destination. Our team handles the entire process so your staff doesn't have to move a single bolt:

• Workstations: desks, wings, storage units and drawers, disassembled and numbered by station.
• Cabinets and file units: orderly emptying, transport and repositioning in the same layout.
• Partitions and dividers: disassembly of office partitions and reassembly according to the new floor plan.
• Meeting and executive rooms: large tables, shelving and valuable furniture with reinforced protection.

If you provide it, we work based on the new office floor plan, so each desk, cabinet and monitor lands directly in its place. No stacking in a hallway for your team to arrange later.

Protection and transport of IT equipment

IT equipment is the most delicate and most critical in an office: if a device arrives damaged or a cable is lost, that workstation won't start. We treat it with a specific protocol:

• Packing and labeling by workstation: each computer, monitor, phone and cabling is packed and labeled with the source and destination workstation, so reinstallation is immediate.
• Protection of screens and CPUs with specific transport materials, and dedicated boxes for peripherals and cables.
• Coordination with your IT department or IT provider: we adjust to when they power down and start systems so service disruption is minimal.
• Servers and racks: reinforced handling and priority transport for the most sensitive equipment.

We transport, protect and reposition the hardware at each workstation; we handle network and server reconnection together with your technical staff to respect your configuration.

Archive and confidential documentation

Many companies handle sensitive documentation: contracts, personnel files, customer data or accounting information. That archive is relocated with the same care as equipment, and with confidentiality guarantees:
