The recommended lead time for renting a storage unit or self-storage facility in Tenerife is approximately 1 month before the date on which you wish to start using the space. However, there may be occasions when we do not have sufficient space available. In these specific cases of high demand, we have compiled a waiting list for customers who intend to book the service. As existing storage contracts expire and customers choose not to extend them, we will contact those on the waiting list in order. These customers will be notified of upcoming availability in case they are still interested in renting a space. In addition, we maintain a second list of customers who have already reserved a unit and paid a deposit equivalent to the first month's payment. These customers will have priority over those who have not yet made a reservation. In any case, please feel free to contact our team and we will provide you with the latest availability information.
Automatic payment system for storage units
At Horizont Atlantic we offer our customers a convenient direct debit payment system for storage unit fees. Each month, between the 1st and 10th, the corresponding charge is automatically debited from the bank account number you have provided to us.

Are you a customer and wish to cancel your storage or self-storage contract?
At our company we make the cancellation process straightforward. If you intend to cancel your contract, you simply need to notify us at least two weeks in advance . This will allow us to process the cancellation correctly and avoid any future charges.
